The team of NGO Tänavatöö (street work) is engaged in real fieldwork. On every Friday we set up a tent in Balti Jaama Turg (the market near the main railway station) and offer all kind of services homeless people need: soup, hygienic procedures, clothing, consultancy, empowerment etc
