Information for the intern:

  • CreaWity is a boutique consulting firm that is focusing its efforts in innovation, creativity and strategy.

  • The company has two co-founders.

  • Kersti Peenema (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kerstipeenema has a M.A. degree in adult education and M.Sc. in interactive media and knowledge environments) is primarily working on HR, personnel management and adult education methodology-related issues.

  • Marko Rillo (https://www.linkedin.com/in/markorillo/ has M.Sc degree in economics and Ph.D. in Strategy and Innovation). The company works globally with various clients ranging from small startups up to Fortune500 companies.

  • We have in their toolbox various creative tools – LEGO Serious Play (see http://markorillo.com/lego-serious-play ), business model innovation, as well as analytical techniques – using a myriad of qualitative or quantitative data analysis tools.

  • Our team also manages a global community of more than 3000 facilitators who are using LEGO Serious Play methodology in their practice (http://seriousplaypro.com/ ).

 

Intern

  • CreaWity is looking for an adult education intern to start working on our online training course and associated app to teach LEGO Serious Play methodology. Our aim is to include you in our team so that you could help us achieve that!

  • For this reason, we are ideally looking for a candidate who knows a thing or two about the concepts of adult education via distance learning. I.e. how to teach people at their own pace, how to motivate them throughout the learning curve, how to gamify the process of learning and turn it into manageable small chunks that can be easily absorbed.

  • It would be absolutely great if the candidate already has tried out different MOOCs. Would be wonderful if the candidate knows what is good and bad about Coursera, Udemy, Udacity, Skillshare, edX, Lynda, Kahoot, Khan Academy, TED, 42Courses … and perhaps some others.

  • It would be really awesome if the person also knows how the backbone of educational technologies work. E.g. how to do curriculum-building, what does it mean to create, publish and market webinars and comprehensive online courses.

  • Finally – given that we are a small team, it would be very good if the person is ready for startup mindset. We are all a bit weird and playful. So it would be great if you would be too, or at least ok with that we are weird. :-)

 

Some part of the work can be done at our office located at Kaarna 27-5 in Tallinn. Some can be done also remotely.
